Privacy
Inspired Occasions
consider your privacy of utmost importance. All private or personal
information you disclose to us will be treated with complete
confidentiality.
Copyright
All of Inspired Occasions designs are protected by copyright and may not
be reproduced in any way unless given prior written consent.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in AUD.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production on any
stationary begins. Full payment is required before goods will be
dispatched. Payment can be made by cheque, money order or direct banking
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order and a 10%
administration fee will be charged. For any cancellations after this
first 24 hours the 50% deposit is non-refundable. No cancellations will
be accepted after 14 days of order placement.
Please note, all of
our stationary is made by hand so there will inevitably be slight
differences between the images on our website and the stationary
supplied to you. Such variations are deemed acceptable and add to the
individuality of your stationary. No refunds will be given on our
products, unless deemed by Inspired Occasions to have manufacturing
faults, and these items may be replaced at the discretion of Inspired
Occasions.
Returns
Inspired Occasions will not accept returns without our prior
authorisation.
Stock
You will be notified of any out of stock items and given an approximate
time of arrival. Inspired Occasion cannot be held responsible for
products out of stock, that fall beyond our control.
Quotations
Your
quotation is valid for 2 weeks. Quotations do not include delivery costs
as these cannot be determined until the order is complete. An
approximate delivery cost can be provided for you.
Dispatch, Delivery & Postage
Inspired Occasions
will dispatch your order within 4 weeks providing there has been no
delay by the customer or a third party. We cannot guarantee
postage/delivery times. Inspired Occasions will send your stationary to
you via Australia Post. All postage charges will be added to your
invoice. No responsibility will be taken by Inspired Occasions for
stationary lost, delayed or damaged by Australia Post. Inspired
Occasions suggests using the Registered Post method as your goods will
then be insured by Australia Post.
Proofs, Errors and Omissions
Proofs are free of charge. Please check your proofs carefully as any
errors overlooked at the proofing stage will be reprinted at the
customers expense.
Any errors made by
the customer on the guest lists supplied will not be covered by Inspired
Occasions. Please check that the details on you guest lists are detailed
and correct.
